The Bachelor's degrees at City University of Seattle in Bulgaria are intended to prepare graduates for responsible roles within a variety of organizational settings. The purpose of the programs is to offer knowledge and train skills, combined with intensive coursework, which can be directly applied in a real working environment. The curriculum is designed to provide a broad understanding of general management issues complimented by insights to the breadth and depth in the complexities of governmental, industrial, educational, commercial, health-services and voluntary organizations.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program surveys the contemporary business disciplines of accounting, finance, marketing, economics, law and international relations. Students strengthen skills in communication and decision-making and learn about the central importance of behavioral factors in business. Upon completing a set of core foundation courses, students select one of four emphasis areas - Marketing, General Management, E-Commerce or IT Management.
